i have a degree in nutrition and in management.. what companies should i look into working for?
The management degree relates to restaurants, hotels and institutions (such as schools, jails, hospitals). Both of the degrees will be from Penn State University and they will both be bachelor's. Where should I look to work where I can make use of both of these degrees and earn a good salary? I already know about Aramark and Sodexho as possibilities, but any other suggestions would be great! Thanks.

Look at the following companies; The Big 4; Sodexho Aramark Chartwells Compass Group The above 4 companies probably have a 50% share or more in the Major US Foodservice industry when it comes to Hospitals, Campuses, Schools, Private institutions and the large corporate sector. Sodexho is Based out of VA, but they have a local office in Allentown, PA which is always accepting applications, big turnover in the industry, and the pay is ok overall. Joseph Director of Retail Operations Sodexho

Director of Security, Assistant Director of Security, essentially anything Managerial. They look more for your management degree, the security comes second. You can also be a police officer. You do not need a degree in criminal justice. They will just send you to the police academy.

What government jobs can I get with a BUsiness Management Degree
What government jobs can I get with a BUsiness Management Degree?
Listening to a friend's advice, Ive become interested in searching for employment within the U.S. Government. I am a recent grad, with a degree in Business Management. Can anyone give me an idea of the kind of entry-level jobs I can get, with this degree, within the government? I went to http://www.usajobs.gov/ but many of the jobs seems to want experience within the government. Any advice will be great, Thanks.

Couple of routes you can take. 1. Look into getting a masters degree. The economy has never been this bad, and if job opportunites are not there, its best to take the time and go back into graduate school. Look into an MBA degree or a Sports Management Masters. 2. Try getting an internship for the Spring. 3. Look for an entry level job within a spots organization, and work your way up.
