What can I do with a business management degree

What can I do with a business management degree?
I graduate in 2 weeks with a degree in Business Management. I have been working in sales up until now as that is the only field that has worked around my full time school schedule. I do not want to continue on with retail once I get my degree. I was hoping for some advice on what my options are as far as a career. I have been looking at job openings and am having a hard time figuring out what I qualify for. Please help!

u can become a human resource manager in banking n commercial centres but with at least 3-5 yrs working experience in similar fields.good luck.
