Getting into the medical management field with a general business management degree

Getting into the medical management field with a general business management degree?
Currently I am enrolled in college to obtain my associate's degree in business management. I figured I would start off with a broad degree in the management area as to not limit my choices. I was wondering though that once I obtain my associate's degree if I would be able to get into entry level management at a health care facility while I either obtain my bachelors in general business administration, or health services administration.
